We were honored to have Samuel Praveen Kumar, Joint Secretary of Extension at the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, unveil our report on the state of marginal farmers in India. He called for a shift in perception—from viewing agriculture as just a means of livelihood to treating it as a dynamic enterprise. He emphasized the need to engage rural youth and encourage their entrepreneurial spirit to create opportunity-driven agricultural models.
